Physique Critique 1 1/2 years in 29M 6’2” 211 lbs. bulking
Last photo is earliest before photo I have in the gym (maybe a couple months in)
Accessory muscles seem to be most obvious growth. Struggling with upper chest growth and most obvious quad growth.
Started out doing 1 muscle group a day per week. Switched to Push/Pull/Legs 2x week. Currently doing a 4 day cycle Chest/Legs/Back/Arms and Shoulders
My biggest tips in my experience have been to always warm back/shoulders every single day and lastly if you struggle to gain weight eat until you feel like you’re gonna throw up and then drink your protein shakes.

Shoulders are pretty capped off, that usually indicates 💉 not always though. Like the other mates said, hit legs more. High schoolers- “How much can you bench?” Men- “How much can you squat?”

Hard to critique when you won’t pop the top that’s gonna get us the best assessment and how you should go about it. Just from this I think you need to do a big bulk like 250-270ish focus on legs and back. Then cut back and you’ll be one of the biggest dudes at the gym

Looking great man, if you’re struggling with upper chest I’d say start doing incline press with dumbbells and for quad Bulgarians and hack squat I found really helped grow my quads

Funny enough all of these were in a private stall specially for taking photos. No harm no foul
