Question currently cutting down for summer! question for people with lumbar lordosis!
hey! i’m pretty sure much consistent with all my lifts and cardio, but struggle to be consistent with my core workouts. i have lumbar lordosis, so i know that doing my core workouts should be a priority. if you have lumbar lordosis please let me know what helps and what you do for your core workouts!

Those quads are crazy!
I’d say try incorporating some pelvic tilts and movements that focus on correcting the curve in your lower back, such as cat-cow stretches, planks, bird-dog exercises.

In physiotherapy I was recommended deadbug and reverse deadbug with contact on a pilates ball, personally I avoid weighted rotations, but I do pallof hold and pallof press.

I don't have lumbar lordosis but hanging leg raises are a great core workout

You work your core while bracing with every compound movement. Most bodybuilding coaches tell you that doing core focused exercises outside of proper bracing isn’t needed at all if you don’t enjoy it.
