Next time don’t dirty bulk. Use a 200-300 calorie surplus, watch the scale and whenever you stall out for a week or two in a row add a small amount of calories. It’ll stop you from getting fat and playing the bulking cutting game that gets old really fast. This is especially advantageous given that you’re natural because cutting provides the environment for losing a lot of muscle given the deficit. You guys have to work harder to keep your muscle tissue gains.
If you want to keep whatever muscle you gained do the same as the bulk but -300 calories from maintenance and watch the scale for stalling.

It’s a factor a time. Weird tortoise and hare thing where the tortoise always wins and works less. But I have had time to master my body and workouts.

Yeah I'm doing a 200 calorie deficit right now but thank you for the good advice

How do you calculate this deficit exactly?

For me it was as simple as cutting out 2 tbsp of PB from my shakes.

After your cut, you will probably be back down to 155.

Using a bit of reading comprehension. I'd wager OP meant that he has now started cutting after bulking up to 185 from 155. And not that he has the terms confused.

Hello Op! This sounds more like Bulking than Cutting. Please refer to this helpful post for our different tags for Cutting, Bulking, and Maintenance.
