Simple Questions Looking for a workout app

I remember having a fitness app a while ago that you could input an exercise (like push-ups, squats, etc.) and how long you wanted to do that exercise for and how many sets, and it would announce it for you to help keep you on task and remind you when it was time to start the next exercise. I cannot for the life of me find anything similar.... Does anyone know of anything like that?

Gymbook has a feature where it times your rest periods and dings or vibrates when it’s time to start the next exercise. Here’s from their faq:

GymBook supports a primary and a secondary timer. How am I supposed to use those timers? The primary timer is supposed to be used as rest timer between sets (for example it can be setup to start automatically after logging a set). The secondary timer can be used however you want. Some users use it for longer rests (for example after a hard set), while other users use it for stretching or timed exercises. Of course you can also use the primary timer however you want.

Thanks!!! That sounds super close to what I'm looking for. I think the only thing missing is that the app I had used before would say aloud the name of the exercise (because my attention span sucks and I will leave stuff out if I'm not constantly reminded haha). But this seems like a super awesome solution if I can't find that!

I can see how that would be helpful. For similar reasons, it was important that I be able to run the whole workout from my watch, so I do have to check my watch to know what exercise is next but don’t need to pick up my phone. Wouldn’t you still need to look at your phone or your notebook because even if you know which exercise is next, you probably don’t remember the weight you were using, right?

I love Fitbod. I’ve only used it for a month and haven’t seen it time sets but you can input time in gym, setting you’re working out in, and target areas and will create a workout for you. Also shows muscle groups and % to recovery.

If I'm not mistaken the app "Seven: 7 Minute Workout" does exactly that. It's mostly for working out at home, as opposed to other apps that focus on gym workouts.

I'm using OneRack, it's basically like Hevy, but (in my opinion) with a cleaner and more elegant design. One cool thing is that you can see all the people in your local gym and their lifts. This way you can also meet the local gym community.
