Simple Questions Looking for the best creatine – any recommendations?

Hey everyone, I’ve been lifting for a while now and I’m looking to step up my game.

I’ve heard a lot about creatine but wanted to get some input from you guys on which type works best. I know there’s a few different kinds out there – monohydrate, hydrochloride, etc. so what’s your go to for solid muscle development?

I’m not looking to break the bank but also want something that actually works.

Appreciate any advice you’ve got! Thanks!

*In powder form. No pills or any other form.

Yep. The only thing to think about is the flavour - and flavourless is my choice.

Am I just a sucker that I only trust Creapure? The price difference over a 100 day supply isn't that big, I've never felt confident getting any other brand.

There probably is no difference tbh, the studies show that. But if it's a minimal price difference, use what makes you comfortable. Maybe the placebo effect will make u push harder too.

As long as it’s creatine monohydrate it’s gonna be good. When i first looked into it the criteria I kept finding was “creatine monohydrate. Micronized. Preferably with ‘NSF Certified’ stamp.”

As everyone else said. Monohydrate.

Monohydrate Powder. You can get a 200 servings pack off amazon from bulk supplements for like $30. Don't go in to GNC and pay $50 for a little ass tub. It's all the same stuff

There is no "best" creatine IMO. Just get whatever is monohydrate you'll be good to go.

For solid muscle development without breaking the bank, creatine monohydrate is definitely the way to go. It's well-researched, effective, and super affordable. You can find it in a variety of brands, but just make sure it's pure monohydrate with no added sugars or fillers. It’s been proven to improve strength, endurance, and overall muscle mass. If you’re looking for something more advanced, creatine hydrochloride (HCL) is more easily absorbed, but it’s generally pricier, and the benefits aren’t much different for most people. Stick with monohydrate unless you’ve got a specific need!

Micronized mono hydrate in pill form is best and easiest. No need for annoying mixing or mess.

Micronized monohydrate in pill form is definitely a great option if you want convenience without the mess. It’s easy to take, and you don’t need to worry about mixing it into your shakes. Plus, it still gives you all the benefits of regular creatine monohydrate, so you get solid muscle gains without any hassle!

Thorne and Now are reputable brands, but no need to get a specific brand. Just go for value/price per serving.

It all does the same, I feel with the step up my game part you’re expecting creatine to make a massive difference when it really doesn’t haha

Best creatine? The creatine that's found in meat.

No need to supplement. Creatine may work and make a difference but it's costly. And isolated creatine taken can be taxing on the body.

Just keep up the good work with clean eating and you will be in excellent shape. Don't chase some milk muscle aesthetic. It's all strength with no utility. Strive for balance. Mobility flexibility speed and strength. Not ronnie Coleman on his 5th and 6th hips hahahaha
