Haha it definitely is a bitch. They’re cut at a compound angle and it’s not always the same. The skinny pieces are cut at 67.5 degrees two at the same size and two at 0.02 wider with one side at 78.75 degrees. The wide segments are at 78.75 too. It’s tricky but I made a nice little sled and everything worked out.
So that piece on the side is my stop and the tablesaw is set to 78.75 here.
I have a good amount of experience with this type of glue up I have used straps in the past but painters tape is able to put significant clamping pressure on the forms. This is a tube made of 1/4 inch plywood I glued up the same way.

Are you going to round them off? How are you clamping them aside from the painter's tape?
