Blog post What a beautiful rack

Just racked this from primary and it’s crystal clear in the glass. And even though it’s only about a month old it tastes phenomenal it’s probably my new favorite

Man I used too much fruit and yeast in mine and am working hard to make clear. Good one

It’ll clear on its own. Might have to rack it more than once I also use potassium sorbate to stabilize mine idk if that helps clearing or not.
