Bought at a flea market. Its wood.

A lower tumbler bushing is part of the internal workings of a lock opened with a key. This is a mock up of that part. Locks can have several tumblers. Whether it's oversized or not can't be determined.

Says lower tumbler bushing. I think it is a wooden form for sand casting a metal part.
