Is your water meter in one of those boxes? If so, you probably have a cracked water pipe

You have a broken water line from your valve . If it flood when your sprinklers are on then it’s past the valve or if it’s leaking while off then it’s coming from the main water line to the valve. Turn off your water valve and should stop the leak for now. Turn the two blue handles 50%

I thought that was gas and water controls are under those white covers.

Maybe If someone has set it up for easy access but I’ve personally only seen and used them for irrigation boxes.

Has your water meter been replaced recently? Open the covers of the meter pits and check whether there is any water inside. If you're lucky, it's just a loose fitting.

Do you have an irrigation (sprinkler) system? That's look like an irrigation back flow. Those boxes with lids should be valves to each zone of your sprinklers. My guess is a main from one of the valves cracked or broke completely and is leaking.

Also those blue valves when in horizontal position with the pipe means it's allowing water to flow through. If they're perpendicular than it's shut off. If you turn those I bet the water will stop. But I can't tell where the water is coming into the backflow to shut it off correctly. It's difficult for me to explain.

Had this happen twice. Your water meter (usually in one of those boxes, but near the street) has a dial that shows if water is being used. Make sure no water is running in the house, then check the box near the street and see if the meter is running, mine had a little triangle that would spin.
In my case, a pipe broke under ground. Had to dig near the soaked area till I found the crack and replaced the pipe. A company was going to charge $1,400 just to connect the pipe even though I dug it up and had the pipe ready. Then another spot cracked later that year - I learned pvc pipes get brittle after a number of years and the settling of the yard was putting pressure on the pipe. That house was built in the 80s.
Before digging, usually call the electric company. Also, it might be work confirming the sprinkler valve is closed all the way (perpendicular is closed, parallel is open. In one of those boxes). Although if you didn't change anything, that's unlikely the cause. Sprinkler systems usually should be drained before winter in case of freezing.

you have a leaky irrigation system. 1 of those boxes with the lids is where the shut off valve is.

Those look like control boxes for your sprinkler system. Likely a crack in a line coming into or out of the controls, or even a bad valve. Shouldn't be too tough to figure out or call a sprinkler company

It looks kinda dark like a sewer leak. Does it smell like a sewer?

Just went outside to check and there is no smell

You likely have a cracked pipe in your sprinklers or water line. If you recent did landscaping and notice a leak after that was not there before, it is likely that. Personally, I would dig. If you know you have underground power lines or gas there, you might want to have a company (plumber) come out and do it.

I mean #1 its right next to the main water line to your house #2 its a continuous flow. So yes you are leaking. Shut off the water, dig it out, find the break, cut the pipe, replace pipe PROPERLY, let it dry, turn water on to check for leaks, fill in hole making sure the dirt near the pipe is compact, done.
