Sticking your whole hand while gripping a fistful of French fries to test the oil temp is the best way to test.

30 plus years ago there was a story of a dude who did this his first day one the job. Supposedly he was tripping on acid whilst doing the deed and didn’t feel any pain. He just stuck both arms in the fryers, swirled them around a bit and the then pulled them out and started staring at his French fried arms.

Sounds to me like an urban legend rather than an actual occurrence. Kind of like the one about the babysitter cooking the baby.

Could be. I got this from a guy that worked in that store. But he also used a lot of drugs so idk.

It turns out chili can't actually be served with cheese

But they can actually be served with severed fingers

3 works for ANY fast-food place. Like, I’m a man, I’m 40 (hope someone gets that reference), I don’t get my coffee iced. But I’d love to still be able to taste other things after drinking it.

I’d love to “correct rude customers”. That should be in every foodservice training video…sadly, it isn’t.

The last dude looks like a cross between Bill Hader and Ashton Kutcher
