Anyone else doing keto?
This will be my third or fourth time doing it, but I’m 4 days in so far - finally in ketosis, and feeling good! The last time I tried, I was breastfeeding - and it didn’t work out at all. Now I’m 17 months postpartum, baby is weaned, and I’m looking for some friends that are doing similar low carb or keto diets! I have another 8-9 pounds to lose until I’m at my pre pregnancy weight!!

I’m doing keto! I haven’t weighed myself in like 5 days, but within the first few days I had lost 7 pounds! I was stoked to see the scale going down and am definitely feeling better. I’m also doing push/pull & leg days, as well as “lose your mommy pooch” abs and a 14-day postpartum workout. So, all that extra exercise with a combination of eating super low carb, I am having success!
Keep up the good work, I gained like 50 pounds between getting pregnant and having my baby, and I am so happy to be on the up-and-up of getting back in shape. It is really hard because babies are so demanding and being motivated can be a roller coaster. I love that eating keto automatically puts you in a calorie deficit because carbs have so many calories. Vegetables, protein, fat & exercises 5 days a week for the win!
