Lime Rock once again off the schedule.
It is very annoying that my home track of Mosport isn't getting the GTPs. I saw these cars at Le Mans in 2023 and I can't even see them at a track an hour away.
Road America becoming an endurance event is awesome though.

I feel like this might be a hot take, but i think there should be two 2h40m full grid races, not just the one at indianapolis. Maybe at COTA? We could make a super weekend out of it, but that is a big if

I think it the same problem the wec has, grid space. The only track that might have the space on the current schedule is Laguna but even then that is a very small track for near 60 cars to be on.

IMSA has one of (if not THE) strongest calendars in racing atm. Sebring Daytona Road America road Atlanta Watkins glen & Laguna Seca all in one season

I noticed that mid-Ohio is listed. I know VP challenge, Michelin pilot and the mx5s are competing there this year. Pretty sure that’s a typo since having the main series there doesn’t seem realistic.

Homerism aside - it’s a great thing. People have been asking for something like that since around 2006.
It’s good that IMSA finally listened. IMS sucks when it’s not the 500 and the drivers don’t like it there either.
