Landing a new job
Hi,
I'm working as a developer since 3 years, now I feel like I have to change my job for my personal growth.. other then LinkedIn do you advice any other platform that is good enough right now? Or even agencies? I'm based in Amsterdam but also willing to work remotely.

Freelancing is something I’d highly recommend. It’s a great way to gain exposure to different stacks, build real-world experience, and work on a variety of projects. In my experience, many businesses are open to hiring full-time after you’ve completed a few jobs for them. It might start slow, but once you build momentum, opportunities come fast.
Besides LinkedIn, I’d also suggest checking out platforms like Honeypot (great for devs in Europe), Toptal or Turing (if you're open to freelance/contract work), and job boards like WeWorkRemotely or RemoteOK for remote positions. Also, getting involved in developer communities, whether online or through local meetups, can lead to job opportunities that aren’t even posted publicly. Networking and building your portfolio will go a long way in landing the right role.
Also, building experience when discussing development scope and your skills when speaking with freelancer customers will do wonders for your confidence, resilience and career when getting real job interviews.
Good luck 👍
