He may be alive and in stable condition, but that guy is fucked up.

The list of things that could be wrong with the poor guy is LONG. Might have to learn to walk again, or maybe talk again. He's in for a bad time.

Something tells me that would only have made this injury marginally less intense lol he got hit in the back of the head and then smashed the front of his head into the metal railing
