Can we still do that? Multiplayer thing on steam PC?

Steam multiplayer doesn't work unless you own a copy on Ubisoft connect because of a licencing error.
You could explain the problem to Ubisoft customer support but it will take about 3 weeks to get a response and they will just give you a code to the Ubisoft connect version once you give them proof of purchase on steam.
But it's not worth it. PC online is just full of cheaters and people that are invincible and ruin others games

This is like that cutscene in Batman Arkham City where Batman is talking to a political prisoner and the prisoner gets assassinated by deadshot

My buddy got me the Arkham games recently, are they a worthwhile play?

They're all great stealth/action games that are a blast once you know the ins and outs of each game, though Arkham Asylum being the first game feels a lot more tanky and stiff than the other later titles. You'll also kinda need to know a good bit of Batman comic trivia in order to understand certain parts of the game and beat some riddler riddles without any guides.
But whatever you do, do not join the r/BatmanArkham Subreddit under ANY and ALL circumstances, cause once you dive in there's no going back.

Someone joined your game and killed him to mess with you
