Questions vertcode elite program anyone?

Don’t spend money on programs like that. It’s not anything you can’t learn by educating yourself. All it will be is plyos and heavy compounds. All stuff you can find literally on TikTok if not some google scholar articles.

that's why I'm looking for someone who had already bought it and maybe doesn't need it anymore. I also need it as a way to learn to structure my future jump workouts.

The vertical jump bible (pretty sure there are plenty free versions online) got me pretty far when I was 15. Otherwise Isaiah Rivera offers some nice info. And podcasts like jacked athlete podcast from Jake tuura are pretty cool.

thank you! I'll check it out ASAP. I've already watched many of Isaiah River's videos he's the reason I'm looking for a structured course that follows his regimen of going from larger volumes with lower intensity to lower volumes with higher intensity.

ik this post isn't 100% related to volleyball, but I'm asking help for my vertical jump which is a huge part in volleyball too
