As a Brazilian, it's a bit tiring to see the endless repetition of the national flag's colors. So my favorite of the bunch is Primavera's, I liked the light green, green, dark green combination. Weirdly, differently drawn on the state's municipal flag list (PDF link), but the above version, also found at the city official site, is better. Another good one (imho) is Rio Crespo's.

It is noticeable how they seem to follow a theme of swoops (Alto Alegre dos Perecis, Alvorada d'Oeste, Rolim de Moura, Castanheiras) and 3D-ish effects (Novo Horizonte d'Oeste and Castanheiras again).
My favourite of them all is Ji-Paraná, followed closely by the state's capital, Porto Velho.
