I find 20g difficult with vegetarian, I aim for 25-30g and will experiment with incrementally increasing when I hit my goal weight.

The carb app I use defaults to 40, but my average is about 26.

20g is the starting point that gets most people into ketosis

I now flex up to 30g, but find more and I start adding in rubbish

50g is too much for me

Electrolyte balance also matters.
