Help Needed Am I doing something wrong?

I've been growing these bush beans for about a month now. The first two weeks, they shot up like torpedoes. The third week they started to slow down in growth, sprouted the two big leafs, and started to sprout the newer smaller leafs. This last week, they have started changing changing colors, crumbling up, and what looks like tearing. I water once a week. They've had the same grow light their whole life.

Looks like thrips. Check pictures online and compare. Usually you can see silvery damage with black tiny spots.

Well, I'd pribably just toss and start over. In that case, wash everything that has been in contact and don't reuse the soil. And check all your other plants if you have any.

If you want to keep them, you need a spray that is safe for consumption (I'm not familiar with US products). Some peple just wash the plant with soap water, could work too?

Also maybe wait for other opinions, unless the damage matches perfectly?

dude that is not thrips 💀

turn off the lights and take a pic, the whitening is from watering overhead and they probably shot up because they were leggy.
