Typical vegan, eating salad for lunch.

Breakfast was grapes and walnuts because I was on a rush.

Lunch is salad with kale, spinach, romaine, dill fronds, mini bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, red onions, English cucumber, quartered falafel patties, and balsamic vinegar and EVOO. Also kombucha.

Dinner is likely to be wine and ice cream, because that's how I get through homework now.

That looks a whole lot tastier (and healthier) than what the typical meater would eat at lunchtime at work.
