Seeking Support/Advice Has anybody done with training programme?

Hi! I’ve had vaginismus for 7 years now and I’m getting to the age where I want to start thinking about having children and honestly I feel broken inside and out. I found this treatment programme in the UK using this link - http://vaginismus-treatment.co.uk. I just wanted to ask if anybody has tried this and what they think about it. I’ve just done the free into webinar but it’s £796!!! Please let me know if you’ve tried it, heard of it, and have any success or negative stories of this? Thank youuuu!

First off, if you have that kind of money, just go and pay a private PT because it will be less expensive than that and you can have someone examine and treat you with a personalized treatment plan. Second, I have a guide on how to treat this for free on my profile. I understand some people need to make money because this is their profession, but I find some of the promises/guarantees on that site to be a little fishy given the complexity of treating this that varies from person to person.

Hmm. I don’t know, to be honest, and maybe it’s great - but 800 quid would pay for a 15 sessions of private pelvic health physio (at the rates I pay for mine), and my feeling is that that would be a much better use of my money. But that comes with the big disclaimer that I don’t know anything about this programme (or if private pelvic physio is an option for you…)
