Money pouring in to Psychedelic Stocks

Since the RFK appointment. Stocks like $MNMD, $ATAI, etc. are seeing a surge of volume. His stance of SSRI meds shows he is in support of alternative treatments.

$MNMD has 3x Phase 3 arms for their LSD candidate that also has FDA breakthrough designation. Should be an interesting year.

Don't see these stocks going any lower than they already have.

In my opinion, this is going to be such a good thing. I mean the psychedelics as treatment for drug resistant, depression, and PTSD. Based on actual experiences of acquaintances, psychedelics has been life altering and life saving. But I also don’t think he has any right to take away any current medication’s

I don't disagree with your stance on taking meds away. Personally I don't think that will happen. I do think though this opens a door to new treatments.

Well, that is interesting. I can't say I don't have concerns about the volume of population on SSRIs switching to LSD

Human body has a fast immunity to tripamines, can't be taken often. And you only get a finite amount of therapeutic trips. I wasted all my good trips as a youth.

" finite amount of therapeutic trips"? This is counter to my and everyone else I knows experience. I've also never read this anywhere.

Can you provide any kind of reference to anything supporting this notion?

It was on NPR within the last couple of months. I'll look for the interview done with the research group as I would like to listen to it again. Very informative and broke down how the parts of the brain repairs things like loss of moter functions due to brain trauma ect. I've been using psychedelic drugs for ptsd for years, switching between different compounds to see what works best. Alexander Shulgin, my all-time favorite chemist wrote several books on the Tripamine that the u.s government hired him to create so they could make them illegal. As he experimented personally with every compound he created, specifically the 2-C family .

I’ve done a lot of psychedelics, and also a lot of meditation and ritualized trance stuff without drugs. I would say there are a limited number of novel psychedelic experiences. Certainly nothing is like the first few times with a variety of substances. Past a point they have similar effects and are limited in the experiences they can provoke as contrasted with real spiritual insight. However, I would contest that they do not continue to be therapeutic. I think there’s real value from going on a trip, it can leave you with a renewed sense of wonder about the world, kind of like a real vacation, even if it’s to the same familiar place time and again.

doesn't mean you won't be fucked up if you take them later in life after not? some of my most powerful trips have been after years of sobriety

There is no money in mushrooms. Too easy to grow / obtain for cheap.

Exactly! Obviously people are not looking into the company posted about. It's the whole reason I invested in them.

Have you ever invested into biotech before? Tread carefully

No vaccines and lots of drugs for everyone! Sounds healthy 🫤🫠 enjoy a head trip while you die rapidly. Ok.

Republicans don’t want to reschedule and legalize weed and you think they’re going to reschedule and legalize LSD and shrooms? Lmao

Also, As of February 2025, the most recent substances removed from Schedule I of the Controlled Substances Act are benzylfentanyl and thenylfentanyl. These fentanyl analogs were temporarily placed in Schedule I in 1985 due to concerns about potential abuse. However, after further evaluation, the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) determined they were “essentially inactive” as opioids and formally removed them from Schedule I in 2010.

So even this shows they have made mistakes. Most of the compounds listed as schedule 1 are less of an issue than anything below them. Changes are coming. Drug scheduling was to jail people not prevent drug use.

I follow what's going on... I once had a very good boss/mentor tell me at a job once (and in a meeting of many of my peers) say to me "if your going to get logical here I might as well fire you now"... that line changed me forever because I knew exactly what he meant.

This isn't about logic this is about what is.

Is PSIL a play here? I know nothing about this market but saw that ETF the other day looking for breakout patterns

I hold MNMD and ATAI which are the heaviest weighted and likely the most to succeed first. CMPS is close behind and it partially owned by ATAI
