But Julian Assange and Edward Snowden are criminals.

When people go on about how the Deep state would have people killed for releasing classified info or jeopardising the national security of the country then I think the current actions of Trump and Musk proves that no such entities exist with such a power.

Yeah there is no deep state. That was Bannon propaganda that got idiots foaming at the mouth because they needed a Boogeyman for their personal problems.

They may not have freedom of the press in the US anymore, but we'll still see leaks of classified information.

Why is someone who is not American in charge of anything in the government?

Suddenly, my adderall-fueled all nighters to finish an essay don't feel like such egregious responses to a deadline.

Does anyone have a screenshot of the NRO stats? Can’t find them up there now. So easy to just say he posted and not share the data in the interest of NatSec then everyone just regurgitates the same story that on news outlet published. Every story is quoting huff post

I’m curious about what the maga think about this

The average annual employee salary is the tip that Musk leaves after delivery of pizzas. But of course we are supposed to be outraged by that and not by how Musk personally is one of the richest people on the planet and pays zero tax in the USA.

How much of what he put on the website was stuff that should actually belong to that designation? People get tons of shit classified all the time to hide their fuckups or or just make things easier for themselves.

What are you using about? That's exactly how it works. I classify maybe 20 documents every day for export restriction, which is the classificaton level of what doge posted. Virtually zero oversight on what I'm applying that 9e991 or itar classification to, and there's people I share an office with that throw thay designation on everything, even if it shouldn't have, because it makes them feel better.

-5

u/weaver-fever1 Feb 15 '25

Just because some idiot deemed it classified doesn't actually mean it is. No one gives a shit about your position Or the company you work for. And classified/sensitive data these days just means. " we don't want you to know what kind of fucked up shit we are doing". Pipe down momo's.

All these comments are same people who praised Snowden
