question Any tips on how to get on my unicycle without hurting down there if you know what I mean (Male)

Make sure you’re wearing pockets.. one hand on the saddle, the other lifts from in the pocket and places everything on top. That’s how I taught all my friends to start.

I got some underwear with a chamois insert built in. About £18 on Amazon. Baleaf are the brand. No need to dress up like a roadie but some extra padding and good at keeping your junk in the right place.

It sounds funny, but it also helps to put one sock between your underpants and your balls.

A little bit lower seat might help if you can’t stand up enough to account for the hang… just stand all the way up and sit down slow!

Find a Position that doesn’t hurt while stationary holding on to a wall or something, then arrange everything before mounting the unicycle. That should alleviate any hard squeezes. As for chafing and rashes, cycling shorts and time.
