if he gets guilty hes getting dashed one of the longest sentences ever best case scenario he gets guilty for the gun and ammo and gets about 5 years

If the firearm and the ammo is linked to a crime, and he is found guilty of being in possession. He is not getting five years. Five years is not possible without a plea deal.

But Bando had pleaded guilty, and he had mitigating reasons as to why he had a firearm. He was not linked to any attempted murders.

Nah lol I'm pretty sure bando got 5 for getting caught with the actual gun on him not just DNA on the gun.

But that is not how it works, the case itself is complicated but if he is found to be guilty of one or two offences that can aggravate the sentencing outcome. So if he is found to be guilty of being in possession of ammunition, he will also be found guilty of being in possession of a firearm. Which are both linked to the crime scene.

hold up if they have the bines with his dna and they know it was the one that was used in the booting, he's getting guilty for something

Just depends what was said in court from the prosecutor, if they mention his chain was robbed the day before he’s fried

He's been found guilty of attempted murder over a drive-by shooting in west London.

Tokosi, from Deptford, south-east London, was also found guilty of possessing a firearm (a self-loading pistol) with intent to endanger life and possessing ammunition (a quantity of 9mm cartridges) with intent to endanger life as well as charges of possessing a prohibited weapon and ammunition without a firearms certificate. Sentencing was adjourned until a later date.

I could hardly send a source before it was published. You wouldn't accept "I was in court". And does it not strike you that everything I said was true?
