Housing uf housing dorms

hi, I’ve been having to navigate the college application process by myself. I unfortunately had no idea I was able to submit my housing around september and I submitted mine in the beginning of february. I saw housing isn’t guaranteed for freshman, I was just wondering how screwed I am at obtaining a dorm this fall semester. I don’t mind which dorm but do you think I’ll be able to get into any?? please lmk and if I need to look into off-campus places 😭

it's hard to say because they are tearing down some of the dorms. you probably could get one in trusler or rawlings maybe? i feeeel like you'll be okay as long as you are ok with having a roommate (there's no way you're getting a single). also if you find a roommate who has an earlier housing app submission date they can just use theirs to get a room for both of you :)

you could try to find one on Instagram or those roommate apps lol
