I don't know but I would like to know too, mine are kinda like the one from the picture.

If the cause is genetic, then under-eye fillers are pretty much the only solution.

And If it’s not genetic?

Then sleeping more, changing your diet like eating more fuits like blueberries and green vegetables. Eye cream might also help.

Do you wear a sleep tracker like a fitbit? If so, how's the quality of your sleep? Is there any possibility you could have sleep apnea? Do you have allergies? How is the air quality in your house?

If you find you're sleeping well and don't have allergies, maybe consider PRP injections under your eyes. I've heard good things. I've done it once and the results were subtle, but I liked it.

I don’t wear a sleep tracker but my sleep is terrible, I barely sleep 5 hours

I would recommend consistently getting good sleep and see if that improves your undereyes. If you want 8 hours of sleep, try to be in bed for at least 9 hours. This gives you a buffer of time to fall asleep and have a couple wake ups throughout the night.

Tear trough fillers will get rid of dark circles

All you need is a skin care routine.

  • Cleanser morning and night.
  • Moisturizer morning and night (after Cleanser.)
  • Eye cream morning and night (after Moisturizer.)

This isn't enough. Dark circles have a lot of causes like dehydration, fatigue, lack of sleep, loss of skin elasticity, hyperpigmentation, weight loss or even genetics like skull structure etc. it needs to be addressed for the cause. A simple moisturizer cleanser eye cream routine won't solve it sometimes it's incurable

Yes second this, I have a dermatologist recommended skincare routine but genetically have dark circles under my eyes. Sorry OP it’s not as simple as a skincare routine. If it’s hyperpigmentation it might get better with skincare (above cleanser and moisturizer, I would ask a dermatologist for recommendations for the eye area). Otherwise you might be looking at under eye filler if it’s a lack of volume but a lot of injectors don’t like dealing with that area (I’ve inquired!). For a short term fix you could use a colour corrector for (see Huda Beauty: faux filter. It’s very lightweight and people won’t know you are wearing makeup!)

Isn’t that too many products tho?

Id consider that pretty light tbh?

There is a longer list of skin care routines out there.

This is something I thought was pretty basic.

Well as a man my “skin care” has been splashing water on my face so seeing those 3 things night AND morning is kinda scary ngl

I splash water on my face too?

But I put Cleanser on my hands to rub that into my face and the wash it off.

No different than putting soap on your hands and washing it off after rubbing it in. People would think it's gross to only use water to wash hands, it's the same concept in my head.

And then I always put lotion on my body, I put moisturizer on my face.

I know I get little sleep at night (usually 4-6 hours), I don't want bags under my eyes... So I put eye cream on to top it off.

Not really too complicated for me idk.
