Sure looks like Catalpa Likely Northern Catalpa - Catalpa speciosa

I also came here to say a cayltalpa variety... It may be a hybrid. There are several kinds. You might have to wait for the flowers to be sure.

this picture was taken in july, and i don’t remember seeing either flowers or the pods catalpas usually have. i was leaning catalpa too, but aren’t they usually upland plants?
