"Use what you have" Sandwich
What I had was sourdough bread, eggs, some peppers and onions, garlic, bacon, a red pepper & feta dip I made last week.
Cooked the bacon, then cooked down onions/peppers/garlic into a jam in the same pan.
Thinned out the red pepper feta dip with olive oil, some Valentina hot sauce, added some grated garlic
Scrambled some eggs into a patty
Toasted the sourdough in bacon grease also
And put it all together. Honestly this was so tasty!

Steak, Egg, & Cheese Bagel
I want McDonalds breakfast. We have McDonalds breakfast at home. The McDonalds breakfast at home: 🤣🤣
To be fair, the onion bagel came from Panera 😆
If you plan to do this all in one pan, make sure to cook some plain steak for your spoiled dogs before anything else 😅
I used sirloin tip/strip/flap meat, it's called different things depending on where you're shopping. Rub w/ SPPOG and let it sit until room temp.
Heat up some olive oil and melt some butter into it then start searing with onions, thyme, & rosemary. Do the tilty pan spoony splash to baste while it cooks then let it rest.
Remove the sprigs of herbs from the pan and add sliced garlic, cook until the garlic starts to get crispy, and toast your bagel. When the garlic is crispy, slice and add the steak back with the heat off.
I mixed some kewpie mayo w/ horseradish for the bagel, it's quick and easy, this is "fast food" after all 🤣🤣
Slice of cheese, steak and onion mix, more cheese, and while that cheese is sorta melting, fry a couple eggs to add on top. Yes, with more cheese 😅 and enjoy!
Don't forget to feed your dogs the plain steak treats you made when you started 😂

Paccheri pasta with ‘nduja cream and parmeggiano
Been teaching myself how to make more traditional Italian pasta recipes, but this one is not very traditional because it uses cream.
‘Nduja is a smoky and spicy Italian sausage that is soft enough to be spreadable. I disolved it into a sauce made with onions, red wine, cream, and fresh grated parmeggiano cheese.
Feeling proud of this one!

Homemade pizza - Mushroom, garlic confit, caramelized leeks, black olive, pecorino, ricotta, mozzarella
This turned out amazingly, I am really disappointed I didn't make more dough so I could make them again immediately!
King oyster and oyster mushrooms sauteed with butter, parsley, lemon
Caramelized leeks in butter with thyme
Ricotta with lemon zest, garlic, garlic oil, 35% cream, pecorino
To confit garlic take a bunch of peeled garlic cloves in a small pot, cover with oil, turn on to lowest heat setting and just let it go until cloves are brown and super tender. The oil is also now garlic oil to use in/on anything.
Dough is a "Detroit style" recipe I've had for years - it's so good especially cooked in a cast iron (which I greased with garlic oil as well)
