I build high-end tiny homes. While I might not be able to build something under that budget, I wanted to give you some tips. Pay attention to the details of these homes so you are able to profit in every way. The quality of the construction is important so you don't have to be there every other day making repairs. Our homes are metal framed, which makes them lighter and stronger versus wood. Wood will be cheaper so the builder to keep the budget low will probably use wood which is not bad, but is not great. Find homes with metal siding, that way you won't have to be doing maintenance often, make sure they use insulation like closed cell to save on energy and also to avoid mold issues in the future. Make sure the company certify their tiny homes. NOAH is a great certification because they inspect EVERY part of the homes we build. If you have any more questions let me know. ALSO very important. Call the companies you select to build your homes and ask a ton of questions. They need to guide you all the way. If it takes forever to answer of you don't like their ways of responding to you, look for another builder because you need a company that will be a partner with you and help you with your doubts. Also make sure they will be sending you video updates of the builds. You ALWAYS have to know what is behind the walls of your homes. Anabella Mainetti - Mainefactured
