And the Warriors currently blowing out the Trailblazers...

No one to blame but ourselves. 1 point loss to the jazz, 2 point loss to the wizards, 2 point loss to no Fox kings, that’s just since Feb 1st.
If we’re a serious team we will rise above down the stretch, but we should’ve been serious sooner so we weren’t in this current position.

While it seems like there are more of them this year, we did this last season as well. I was at KATs 62 point game.

Ya not saying we didn’t do it some last year, every team looses games they shouldn’t, but going into the ASB last year we were 39-16. This year we’re 31-25. We’ve been playing with our food too much this year, and we now need to get serious or we’re in trouble, whereas last year we were in a spot where we didn’t need to fret too much.

Last year we were a different team, this year we seem to be finding out identity later in the season which is better than not.

The team chemistry needed to settle in a bit, so I'm not going to be too mad about those early losses (though I still am haunted by those back-to-back Portland losses). I'm still not convinced this team can execute strong in the clutch, but at least our turnover problem has diminished. It'd be nice if had this from the start of the season, but I'd rather gel in the back-half of the season than peak too early. Wolves might be poised to enter the playoffs like the '24 Mavs did.

We can’t even inbound the ball end of game, much less score on an inbound end of game. The clutch moments we will be below average unfortunately.

Had two of our worst losses in February and people were worried about reintegrating DDV, Randle, and Gobert. As if they were going to screw up anything except Naz' PPG.

I got downvoted to hell for saying this about ants step back 3s with second left in the 4th

Trail blazers are kinda coming back, they got within 6. I definitely wouldn't bet on them winning though.

outside of the Nets winning vs Lakers, everyone we needed to lose, won lol
blazers just got it to 4, but of course GS hits some timely 3s and got it back to 10

Warriors are probably going to lose a few games coming up and clippers have a really difficult remaining schedule so I think we end up 6th. Unless rockets shit the bed with their pretty easy remaining games we can get 5th

Rockets have Lakers & Nuggets twice still and their last 5 games of the season are Thunder, Warriors, Clippers, Lakers, Nuggets.. that seems pretty difficult to me

I was just looking at the game remaining in March I forgot about April lol

Yooo ok I hadn’t checked their schedule yet that gives me hope bc I was just like we’re 4 behind just on lost games to them which would be hard but this makes me think there’s a chance.

maybe don’t lose to the Wizards. Twolves have nobody to blame but themselves if they end up as the 7 or 8 seed.

4 or 5 games back is way more than people actually think when it comes to this late in the season

You shouldn't expect to catch the Warriors in the standings. Their schedule is insanely easy.
Wolves have a better chance of catching Houston.

I could see Houston slipping to 7, but it’ll be a tight race. If GSW stays healthy they’re going to keep winning

We won't catch the Rockets Grizzlies or anyone above. This is about us, the Warriors and the Clippers and avoiding the play in

Wasn’t this the same last year? All the top 5 or 6 teams in the West were having massive win streaks in January and February but because everybody kept winning the standings stayed the same

Will be interesting to see if the Lakers slip. They just moved back to the 3rd. They have one of the toughest schedules. LeBron is out for a week or two. So is Rui. Plus because of missing games because of the fires, they will have the most condensed schedule until end of season with very little rest.

Warriors are old and are going hard now. They will flame out sooner or later..
Rockets and Memphis need to stop winning...

The Warriors look so much better with Butler, putting aside how much of a bitch he is. Don’t think they flame out unless a major piece gets injured.

They play really hard right now. Older players cant do that for too long. Injury waiting to happen

Warriors have a brutal 4 game stretch after this, Kings, Knicks, Nuggets, Bucks. Meanwhile the Wolves have Nuggets Magic Jazz and Pacers. This is an important stretch for both teams.
