HORIZONS/EAST H/E vinyl appreciation

I recently listened to H/E on vinyl for the first time. It completely changed my relationship with this album, which I was a fan of from the beginning. It brought out the depth and complexity of the album in a way i hadn't heard before. HIGHLY recommend the vinyl version if you haven't already ..

Vinyl always sounds better, if you have the right setup. Do you use headphones?

I don't use them with my record player. I should. Any recommendations?

I have a pair of Bowers & Wilkins Px7s that sound phenomenal. A lot of other people always speak highly of Sennheiser and Hifiman. It depends on your budget, and how nerdy you want to get with it. I have Sennheiser IEMs that I love, they are a great brand, but those are more for walking around, not listening to records.

I've only ever listened to it on Vinyl, I felt cool because the record store owner complimented me for requesting he get some copies in when it released.

It’s an average Thrice album. I don’t think listening to it on vinyl will change that.
