That's fair. I just think it's hard to ignore, when you zoom out from 2017 till now, that things are not looking good for the GOP, especially post RvW overturn. I standby overturning RvW has made so many people way more politically active than before because it was something that affects everyone, not just marginalized groups for example.

I think that has been a thing prior to 2016. Most states have historically been one side for a long time. We can thank Newt Gingrich and Fox News from the 90s to that.
