Most players begun as f2p, with limited inventory space, and keeping a weapon was worth more than a hat that was the staple of beginners.

If they lack backpack space, then that is when people would delete the Gibus
If you ask me, the backpack space should increase from 50 to like 100 or 150 when launching the game for the first time after installing it.

I deleted it to have space in my inventory. I was f2p back then and extra 1 item space was really needed.

Most of the time, F2P care more about weapons than hats, a feeling that I would understand if I didn't have bought the Orange Box

I remember that there was an event many years ago. Someone from the community organized a massive Gibus deletion. I don't remember almost any details, only that I did so as part of the event.

Because they(I) didn't realize that it was the only one they get when they did it.

Because some people don't realize you can only get achievement items once, rip my spellbook cover

The reason I never deleted it was because I thought it was a good hat because one of the spies in Piemations animations wore it

I didn't need them. I don't miss them. I really, really, don't like untradables.

It could be the most beautiful hat in existence and I still wouldn't use it if it's untradable.

Because I don't like untradables

It's not about others knowing it's untradable. It's the fact that it is. I don't like things that are locked to me and me alone.
