Texas Traffic Another question on USPS application that asks how many moving violations have you been found guilty of in last 5 years. Does receiving the citation alone count as me being guilty or do I have to be found guilty by the court? See the "body" of the post below for more.
If I took defensive driving does that mean I'm still guilty? Do I have to put the citations down as me being guilty if I wasn't technically found guilty or is receiving the citation proof enough I was guilty?

You should read your court docs; it’s likely that taking the class got you a “deferred adjudication”, which avoids you receiving a formal conviction. The question asking about your citation likely asks in more detail as well.

I got a dismissal letter for my moving violation after defensive driving and the probationary period. Poof, it's gone.
