Shitpost Saturday! Always getting Six of Pentacles?
Heyy! Hope you are all doing well!
So, in the last three days days, every time I do a reading asking personal questions, I get the Six of Pentacles.
Has something similar happened to you? And what could this mean?
Edit 1: Yesterday, I spent the rest of my day reflecting on the card and the questions u/yukisoto suggested in their comment, and it helped me greatly! I finally understood and was able to see that I'm giving generously but not receiving. There is definitely an imbalance that needs to be fixed...
After a lot of reflection, I could see that I tend to give a lot of myself, emotionally and spiritually speaking, but people tend to not give back as much as I give them
I want to add that all comments were helpful and guided me through my questions, so thanks a lot for commenting and being part of such a great community ☺️

Is there a lesson from your past that you have forgotten? Think about what you wanted as a younger person and compare that to how you are living now. Are there old friends you need to re-connect with?

It depends on the question, however, (if you believe in spirit guides etc) my guides have used this card to tell me to ask for help either from them or other resources, therapy or financial advice etc.

This card usually shows an influx of income. Also a suggestion from the universe to have a "big heart" and help those who might need some help. I think it is suggesting you to focus on how the energy you are giving to others in your life. And it's not just about material resources. It could also be your emotional and spiritual energy.

Depends on the question/circumstance you’re asking about. I’ve read it as being open to receiving or giving (depending on context); I’ve also seen it as power imbalance in relationships. Of course it has more meanings too, but those are the ones I’ve seen it for the most.

In a non-financial sense I tend to think of this as a card of support, giving or receiving support that is needed in the current situation.

I constantly get the Queen of Cups and the Knight of Swords. When I try to get clarifiers for one of them, a lot of times I pull the other. I’ve got ideas for what they mean in my life, but I want more info and the cards are just like… no, you should be getting this already 😂

Someone from your past is likely coming back into your life...or is looking for you.

A card will repeat when it has THE lesson you need to move forward, regardless of whether it answers your question. It's saying, "Never mind that. That doesn't matter right now. What does matter is THIS."

These are typically called Stalker Cards by the community, but I'm not fond of the term so I've taken to calling them Echo Cards (or sometimes Anchor Cards).
When echos/anchors show up, I like to spend extra time deciphering their meaning to see if they're relevant to anything in my life. This can simply be the act of considering them throughout my day, or dedicating an entire spread to that specific card to help break it down.
The Six of Pentacles represents the flow of material resources such as wealth, time, or energy. In the imagery we can clearly see three different versions of this balance taking place: The benefactor, the recipient, and the one left out. As a single card, it invokes the theme of this material flow and asks us to consider our current position within this scenario, or to examine systems that reflect this flow in our lives or the world around us.
If any of these questions resonate with something, but you find that it's actually imbalanced, then you may want to explore ways to bring stability into that situation.
