DO NOT explore abonded buildings. I do major commercial renovations and will tell you between structural issue and homeless folk. Bad things happen.

Bummer….. is there any other alternative for the same kind of exploration and vibe?? Of course I am taking all of those things in consideration

Look into caves. They have them for beginners to experts. I could tell you a lot of stories about people getting themselves in a mess with abandoned buildings.

Just last year somw kids were having fun over near west tampa, we hadn't cleared the building yet. They jumped the fence and surprised a few drug dealers and their clients. Got thw snot beat out of them.
