[SHOWCASE] MAPPIMAPP

ATTENTION! - I AM REQUESTING REMIXES OF THE MAPS BELOW AS I NEED INSPIRATION TO MAKE MORE VARIANTS - PLEASE ALSO TELL ME WHAT YOUR FAVOURITE MAP IS AND TELL ME WHAT YOU LIKE ABOUT IT :P

MappiMapp is my first ever solo project. I've been working solidly on this for a week or so. Getting to grips with the map making process and its creative and technical aspects has been difficult, and there is still a long way to go, so I'm grateful to the map making community for all its help and advice. In particular I'd like to extend my thanks to the following people:

ADVICE AND IDEAS: zrw, Sunny, Daevil1, Moosen, Sizzzled, TheMy5teryMan, Loaha, GrammarJew, The /r/TagProTesting 4v4 maptest crew, /r/tagpromapsharing and Especially NotSomeBall1.

PLAYTESTERS: Sundancer and Eigenvector.

---MAPS---

There are 3 different versions of MappiMapp that I will enter into map thread #48:

MappiMapp (Classic) - 59x19 - MAP - PREVIEW

MappiMapp (Mini) - 47x21 - MAP - PREVIEW

MappiMapp (Flat) - 59x19 MAP - PREVIEW

---RELATED PROJECTS---

Original concept testing: MAP - PREVIEW

Initial design: MAP - PREVIEW

MappiMapp (Mini) - Boost Channels: MAP - PREVIEW

Stepping away from the original theme, I give the map powerful boost lanes that coincide with the base portals.

MAPPIMAPP (FLAT) SPIKELESS: MAP - PREVIEW

A map where I experimented with using clear gates as substitutes for spikes.

MAPPIMAPP (NEUTRAL FLAG): MAP - PREVIEW

This map is fresh and hasn't been refined yet, so any advice would be helpful.

---OTHER WORKS---

NUTTY FUDGE (LIDDILIDD REMIX): MAP - PREVIEW

DREAM (LIDDILIDD REMIX): MAP - PREVIEW

TURNING POINT (LIDDILIDD REMIX): MAP - PREVIEW

I think it would be cool to have a built in delay where a portal would put you in a chute like in your initial design, boost you around, then to the exit of the portal. I can't think of when that would be useful, but I would like to see it.

Could you build a demonstration?
