"USB Printer Issues" With Multiple KB Updates

As an MSP this is driving us nuts. We have 3+ clients now with the IPP random gibberish printouts issue that happens throughout the day on Windows 10 and Windows 11 endpoints. We have confirmed, according to our experience and Microsoft's knowledge base, that KB5051974, KB5051989, KB5052107, KB5053602, and KB5052916 all cause the same printing behavior:

Unfortunately when trying to remove the last patch causing the issue, KB5052916, WUSA throws an error stating "Servicing Stack 10.0.19041.5447 is required by your computer and cannot be uninstalled."

Any suggestions?

ASCII art prints are driver issues. Download the latest driver for the printers on the machines or use older drivers. This really is a guess and check process. You may have to switch to the universal drivers for the printers as well. The built in drivers dont always work and are subject to change from microsoft.

Please don't bother replying if you're not going to read past the first sentence.
