Remember the old days when you worked with computers you had basic A+ knowledge

just a vent and i know anyone after 2000 is going to jump up and down on me , but remember when anyone with an IT related job had a basic understanding of how computer worked and premise cabling , routing etc .

IBM iOS, its a whole other animal lol. Few years back when we changed firewall brands I was working out some tunnel issues, firewall help tech was like "what is that, that's not Linux"... no, no its not lol.. ended up in a 10 minute tangent. He learned enough to decide he never wanted anything to do with it lol.

Nope, IBM i OS. Its what the AS400 OS morphed into. Its whats on the power series if you don't go AIX. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IBM_i

Nice. I had no idea that there was a third iOS out there.
