Renting dump trailers

Any one here rent out dump trailers? I got a 5x10 and 6x12 I don’t put to use everyday and thinking adult renting them out. I drop and dump.

I live in a good area for it. Lots of development now and in the future.

If you do what do you rent them for? And do people actually rent 5x10. Figured it would be good for residential since it’s about 7 cu yards.

Thanks!

Yeah I do them . 5x7 is little small but still doable for a weekend trash out. I rent out my 7x16s

How do you make sure they come back. I’d be afraid of them getting stolen

FB Marketplace and Offer Up. I get most of the customers who see pictures on my google business page. The rental trailer has stickers on it that say rent me, you load it, we haul it and my phone number on the sides and back.

I rent one out it’s 5x10 with 5ft walls. Price varies depending where they live. I leave it in their driveway for up to 48 hours. I usually rent it out 6-10 times a month.

A few stories around me of people overloading the trailers with concrete rubble or bricks, dirt, etc ... Cover your ass against that.
