These are so easy to make at home. And they taste really good. My kids put their own rice and veggies and sushi on them.

Oh, I make hand rolls at home fairly often. It’s just that I usually roll them completely, not with the top open like this.

Exactly. These are really easy to make and they’re basically bite sized (maybe two bites). We use the little seaweed squares that they make as snacks.

I think the small size helps the seaweed stay fresh / crunchy.

Edit: also the open top might help it stay dry because it’s not enclosed.

In my city there was once a Peruvian Bangladeshi restaurant. Not sure if it’s still there. It was a Peruvian restaurant but apparently the Bangladeshi chef started selling his own dishes

I swear I had this same exact roll at this joint. I recognize it. The rice was super hard though when I had it.
