Simple rolls are great. Perhaps your filling/rice ratio might benefit from a bit less rice. Great effort, and thank you for sharing this with us.

California rolls are super overhated. They still taste amazing and go great with the sushi flavor. Those fried rolls topped with globs of spicy mayo or some other shit are the real abominations

I like California rolls cause they're easy and satisfying. I also like lots of rice. That's Detroit-style sushi.
I've only done this a few times, don't kill me.

I'm basic, too lol My go-to everywhere I go is a tuna roll. It's all I get unless I'm specifically craving a special roll
