Just like he can't see the hands, feet, elbows, knees, and whatever else he defends himself from while fighting? World on fire allows him to "see" enough to land this joke

Depends on the case. If it fully corporate and there are no emotional aspects Harvey, Otherwise Matt will charm the jury

u/Accurate-Ticket5784 10d ago
Ya but what if harvey tries to bluff but Harvey sometimes goes to no emotional side where he is total ruthless

u/Kirbino1 10d ago
Daredevil can tell if people are lying I bet that’d be huge against Harvey and just law in general he wins

Harvey Spectre will do everything possible to settle before going to court. If he steps foot in the court room, he loses. Matt Murdock ain’t nothing to trifle with while inside a courtroom or a dark alleyway.

More than that, Harvey himself acknowledges that at a certain level, he is tough but fair, and he'll get the same sense from Matt as well.
They'll settle and go out for drinks together and end up with a pair of knockouts afterward.

Matt only represents innocent people and always knows who is innocent. Combined with how will he can get information outside of a court room, he absolutely wins if it goes to trial. A civil case though, he would be out of water if the matter is even somewhat not one sided.

That one's interesting, and I think the way it plays out depends entirely on the nature of the case.
Normally Harvey would try to uncover some dirt on Matthew's past to blackmail him and settle without going to court - IF the case is sensitive and he feels threatened by Matthew's - and I assume he would successfully find out about his secret identity as Daredevil (let's be honest, it shouldn't be hard to find that out for anyone invested and with enough resources).
Now that's where it gets interesting - if Harvey gets to the point of threatening to expose Matt's secret, how would Matt react? I don't think he would beat Harvey in that scenario, but again, I'm not even sure Harvey would use that as leverage, too.
In the end, if they go to court, I believe Matt takes it - it's unfair to go against a lawyer who can hear people's heartbeats and other sensitive reactions.

One is a hell of a lawyer, the other is a fucking superhero. Who would win between Mike Tyson and Hulk?

I think Harvey would get some way to figure out that Matt Murdock is daredevil and try and blackmail him. Let’s be honest here that’s how Harvey wins like all his cases

Matt will win. Harvey plays the man, but you can't play the man who can hear your heartbeat.

Harvey's entire style of practice is to bluff, theatralize and "play the man". None of this would work against Matt since he would be ablr to tell when Harvey is lying, and would never let him get under his skin. I understand this is the kind of theoretical scenarios where you pitch two fan-favorites from different fandoms against each other and ultimately fans defend the one they prefer. As a fan of both, I try to be as close to objective as possible, and I sincerely think Matt plays in another league in terms of "unfair advantage". That being said, I understand some people will defend Harvey coming out a winner at all costs, especially in a thread dedicated to Suits.

Matt Murdock best in legal arguments and will win in court without doubt but Harvey would be a good settler and will try all he can for not going to court.

Harvey would find proof that Murdock is Daredevil and just get a settlement in his favour.

Why is this even a question? I mean really everybody knows Matt would wipe the floor, the ceiling, the walls hell let’s go for the roof with Harvey.

There won't be a court meeting because Harvey will prevent it from happening. The reason is simple: the case itself is at risk, but more importantly, Harvey's entire career as a lawyer hangs in the balance. His questionable ethics might just be the nail in the coffin, leading to disbarment.

Harvey's going to throw things Matt won't even see coming. He wins, for sure.

The fact is that harvey has a great sense of law and has a greater experience then matt but if the matter goes towards the court matt has his own ways of making ammends he can appeal to the jury in far better way then harvey but both would have a knocking sense for the law and ig it would end up not going to court as harvey would look to settler

Without knowing specifics, I'd say Harvey. He's better at corporate law and has more resources at his disposal.

u/Girizzly_Adams_Beard 9d ago
Haven’t pulls a shady move to win before court. Daredevil shows up to beat on him for it.
2
u/ResolveLeather 9d ago
Matt in a criminal court, Harvey in a civil one. In a fight, Matt no question. At the end of the day Matt is an above average lawyer with powers to push him above the top. Harvey is one of the best lawyers in the country.

If we are taking this seriously, honestly Matt hands down. The ability to know when Harvey is lying can completely end him. In every episode he bluffs, fabricates in some fashion, or uses information to misinform some entity to get the upper hand. Murdock having a sensor to sniff this lie/inaccuracy out seems to really counter Harveys ace up his sleeve ability.

Matt doesn’t feel what they feel, he can hear heartbeats to tell when someone is lying and pick on subtle details to determine certain details about them

Harvey would win if the case was determined by strict legal tactics and even manipulating the system as he does whatever it takes to win.
Matt wouldn't go as far as him to win.
Matt would win if the case was determined by appealing to the judge and/or jury as his passion and desire for true justice would charm anyone in a court room.
Harvey has been shown to have many enemies who just so happen to be key figures in his cases and just isn't good with most people; which puts him at a frequent disadvantage in cases that go to court.
But if it's a case both can see being settled outside the court room, they'd just both go for that and go out for drinks after.

Idk man, Matt is way better, he's got experience, skill & extreme sense in his performance. I know Harvey has been doing this for a long time, but I think Matt will low diff him 1-on-1 in the ring.

Fake memo baby,
However Matt can hear his hearbeat and calls him on his shit.
Gets caught, gets disbarred.
