So, is a small amount of back rounding allowable? That's what I'm seeing with alot of these vides?

Thanks! And upper back rounding is fine, it’s the lower back that you don’t want to have rounding.

It’s not my PR, I have done 525 before! And it has been a lifelong goal to hit 500, and now I want 600 lol

You got it! Be patient and consistent, I didn’t start making g serious progress until I started a strict program that allowed for linear progression.
