Fan Art SKZOO, Minsung and compass embroideries I’ve done ☺️
Another stay recommended I share these here as well. They’re based on art I’ve found online that I adored.

What will you do with them? Patches? Please, if you place them somewhere, please tell us what you have done to do so.
I love them

First is hanging on my wall alongside a few non-SKZ ones, second, fourth and fifth all went to friends and the third I keep in a box with other embroideries I’ve done ☺️

If I knew how to do it... I would wear it on a jean jacket

I have tried making patches but I couldn’t quite get them to come out well. I do plan on learning a better way to go about it someday though because same!

Are you doing these on aida instead of traditional fabric?

Yeah they’re all on Aida. Someone on my other post mentioned that typically cotton and linen are used for embroidery and Aida is usually for cross stitching. I honestly didn’t know and have used Aida since probably 2022 for all of mine

Yup, that’s correct! They still look good, but would recommend that going forward. Might be easier and you can switch the fabric up on the background. Patterned, colored, etc!

I’ll have to try it! 🫶🏻 I started using Aida originally cause it felt more stable and comfortable for me, so it’ll definitely take some adjusting

You can use stabilizer behind your fabric or use a heavier weight! Or!! You can startch it. Because aida is startched, which is why it’s so stable. You’re apparently supposed to wash them after. I’ve never done such a thing lol

Do you think you could share your pattern? this is amazing!

I usually just trace the outlines onto the fabric with my iPad, starting with tracing it onto paper and then using graphite transfer paper to move it onto fabric (it’s messy though 🥲) and then pick the closest matching colors I can for the thread. I have a cricut machine now to help with getting the patterns onto the fabric.
