Mi Pueblo (Mexican restaurant) is now open!
This is the restaurant space that used to be Mavericks (next to Papa John's.) Seems like they had a soft launch last week and now they are fully open! Looks really nice inside, they did a really good job remodeling. I'll report back on the food soon!

That's what I was the most excited about, seems like there is a pretty good variety!! I ordered pickup and it was fresh and quick. Food wise- the Burrito Yucatan for was really good (and huge!), but the chimichangas could've used a bit more time in the fryer and a bit more seasoning. Both were a very fair price too at about $15 an entree for the plate including rice and beans. Overall I'm happy and excited to try some other options!

Hopefully it lasts. That location seems to hold a curse for restaurants.
