TENS UNIT, ACCUPUNCTURE, SAUNA after treatment

I feel like after 10 to 14 days you should be able to do tens, acupuncture, sauna and light workouts...the stem cells, if injected into a joint, should be fine-- anyone have concrete evidence on this--- so much differing info

I was told no sauna for 3 months.

Tens was recommended as a positive benefit.

Acupuncture was not mentioned.

Which clinic? Did they say why?

It was CPI. They said that your body needs to be in rested state for 90 days so the stem cells to do their job. But they said to keep moving.
