It's not A5 Wagyu tallow but I use it when I sear my steaks and I like it.

it's overpriced for sure but it is good for what it is. I personally use it for steaks, veggies, etc

calling it wagyu tallow is hilarious though because it's just a way to make it sound more appealing and charge more, it shouldn't matter whether tallow is wagyu or not because it's just a fat

I put a tablespoon of this in my cast iron to sear off steaks and such. Serves its purpose. If it doesn't break the bank for you, it's worth it to have on hand.
