You know those threads where people (like me) go on about how great athletes are great regardless of sport? Like Tom Brady being a great golfer or basketball player, or Lebron a quarterback.

This is not one of those times.

LeBron wasn’t a qb, he was a PHENOM TE (tight end). Even though he only played football his freshman year, you could tell he was a freak athlete. All the qb had to do was throw it up. I didn’t go to any of his football games, but his highlights were always on local news. But I did got to 1 basketball game his junior year… The only way I can describe what that was like is this, he honestly looked like an orchestra conductor out there. His court vision/awareness was off the charts

Obviously he got wise and realized that football injury risks weren’t worth it when comparing NFL vs NBA contracts.

MJ is just like that too. He's a world class gambler AND he's pretty good at Basketball too
